MEET DUSTIN JONES, OWNER/CEO
Dustin Jones is the owner and CEO of EncompassHR, LLC, a boutique fractional HR consulting and training and development company. EncompassHR, LLC gives personal attention to her client’s needs and personalizes a result-driven approach to find solutions. She specializes in infrastructure review and development, process and policy development, full department audits, as well as strategic alignment of department goals. She offers leadership and employee development training that includes mentorship and professional communication, as well as individual employee coaching and mentorship.

Dustin was an HR Executive with more than two decades of experience in both tactical HR and HR Leadership. She has experience in a range of companies and industries from manufacturing to telecommunications. During her career she has developed expertise and best practices in HR compliance, mentorship, leadership development, strategic planning, and change management.

Dustin holds a Master of Communications from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University San Marcos, and a Management Certification from Southern Methodist University. Dustin is also a Leadership Trainer and Speaker for The John Maxwell Group. She is an active member of DallasHR, SHRM, the Frisco VFW Auxiliary, and an Associate Member of the Collin County Marine Corps League.

Dustin is currently Mrs. Frisco and competed in the 2023 Mrs. Texas pageant where she won the Career Achievement Award.

Dustin is a speaker and trainer and has presented at local and regional conferences and seminars, including HR Southwest, DallasHR Executive Series, GenHERation, Collin County HR Education Luncheon, and eWomen Network. She has also been a guest on both national and international podcasts.
